Bio: The Jones family is as large as they are close. Grandmother Tianna is proud to bursting at her four grandbabies— Arron and Alisha are doing great in school and are getting ready to apply to university, Jasmine (Jazz) is following Arron’s footsteps towards becoming a talented athlete, and who could forget Yasmin, an absolute ball of toddler energy. Parents Zachariah and Afeni are just happy for grandma’s help wrangling the kids.

Bio: The Mayes/Laughlin family has never been happier or busier. With twins Emma and Ethan reaching their teenage years, Aubrey becoming a young lady, Willow’s large… lifestyle changes, and little Yasmin bolting around the house with panicking parents in tow, it’s no wonder there’s hardly ever a quiet moment in this house.

Bio: Kabir and Rita Patel are doing great, they are raising their two children, taking care of Kabir’s elderly father, and and juggling two demanding jobs. However, with Rashid constantly in a battle with his father over lifestyle and aspirational choices, there’s hardly ever a quiet moment in the house.

Bio: Oasis and Uriel are both incredible sims — they met when Uriel was the Hermit of Granite Falls and Oasis was still working her way through the Super Sim Challenge. Death couldn’t stop their love, and Oasis brought back her true love with the Book of Life when he died. They are the backbone of Newcrest, especially after the deaths of founders Lily and Lotus. 
Special Household: Oasis completed 1st run-through of Super Sim Challenge in 2016.
Family: Parents are Lily and Lotus Florentine (deceased), twin sister is Lavender Florentine, son is Jet Florentine (deceased), divorced with James Mayfield.

Bio: Raphael is a handsome Frenchman and Ezequiel is a smooth Spaniard, and they both have their eyes set on the beautiful French lass Esther, an aspiring painter. However, neither can seem to get her attention as she is absolutely enamored with her cat, Crème.

Bio: A group of punk rock girls who grew up in the same neighborhood to well-to-do parents. They recently decided to strike it out on their own, partially due to tension with parents, and partially just for the adventure of it.

Bio: Parents Byungchul and Soomin have their hands full taking care of grandmother Min-seo, their three children Seo-yeon, Yeona, and Dohyun, and Sumi the cat. When Soomin became pregnant again, the family realized they had to move from their tiny flat to something that would let them grow as their kids age.

Bio: The Landgraabs are a feared name throughout Nost, with both Nancy and her husband owning giant companies. Known for being snooty and demanding, their two soft spots are their son and their affectionate dog.

Bio: Micah and Matt are Simstagram influencers and roomies who recently found a new apartment closer to the city. They both adore their little Schnoodle, Bear, and so do their many followers!

Bio: The young ladies of the Sigma Phi Sorority House can be easily identified by their signature pink and green clothes. They are a tight-knit group, but university and boy troubles could get in the way of that — half of the girls have been admitted to Britechester and the other half to Foxbury!

Bio: Brindleton Bay’s Veterinarian sees to her animal patients during the day, but when she’s home, she’s got her hands full – her recently rescued pup is pregnant and her house is about to get a lot more lively. Husband Angelo is no help either, he’s beside himself with joy at the thought of picking out a hunting and hiking companion from the litter.

The constant critiques of Marlon’s own parents aren’t helping matters either.

Bio: Teacher Ted and wife Ashley are elated! They were recently approved to adopt and have brought home Jade, a sweet new addition to their family. Sister Marina is less than happy with having to share her parents with the new sibling, though.

Bio: Cynthia Paush and Jesse Vasquez have recently moved in together, but the couple are hitting some early speed bumps in the relationship. Jesse thinks Paush’s younger brother Wesley is a nerd, and Wes thinks Jesse’s aggressive doberman is a menace. Will this dysfunctional little family stick with it or call things off? It’s hard for Cynthia to focus on these issues when she’s so concerned with the new neighbors: a blonde model just like her, and her rather suave boyfriend as well.

Bio: Hipsters Hayden and Abby met at a slam poetry reading years ago and have recently moved in together, with younger bro Joshua tagging along as well. Their duplex is controlled chaos, and the walls are plastered with conspiracy theory posters. Next door, young parents Owen and Kristine are hoping to find a playmate for for toddler Watson and enjoy a slice of the quiet suburban life. Seems like their hope for normal neighbors may be wishful thinking.

Bio: Gabriel, his wife Gianna, and young daughter Gracie have an amicable relationship with neighbors Antonio and Javier Martinez. They do neighborly things like wave hello and make sure packages and newspapers aren’t stolen from each others porches. With two happily married couples, this section of the neighborhood is markedly more quiet than the houses across the street. There’s just one house left open — perhaps someone new will move in soon!

♢ Byrd (4)
Bio: Andrea’s husband is active duty military and will be deployed for several years. Until he returns, she and teenage son Aaron have been managing toddlers Allie and Andy the best they can. Andy is too young for Andrea to tell him that he’s actually not her biological child — he’s actually a cousin who was going into the child welfare system before the family stepped in. 

♢ Strangerville Military (7)
Bio: The members of the Strangerville military living on base sometimes crash at the old trailer lovingly referred to as the Gentle Gypsy when they’re in the civilian areas. It’s not much of a looker, but it’ll do for a quick meal, shower, or nap — and a good place to hunker down during the strange storms that the town sometimes has. 

♢ Castaneda (6) 🐶
Bio: Julius and Kristoph Castaneda are a formidable couple in the world of Archaeology. Julius is a charming explorer who loves being on-site, and Kristoph has the knack and brains for making sense of what his partner unearths. Their greatest treasure, Melody, however, is proving to be a handful, not to mention taking in Kristoph’s aging father and dog Henry. Will work take a backseat to family needs?

Bio: After getting priced out of the Britechester area with the expansion of Foxbury Institute, Angela and Lilith Pleasant decided to rent out a small home in Strangerville to keep costs low while continuing school. However, already strained relations between the twins are being stretched to the breaking point with the strange happenings of the local citizens…

Bio: Southern Gentleman Clayton McCline and his new free-spirited wife Serenity Young found love at an old age. However, there’s a few problems. Serenity is a vegetarian, and Clayton can’t live without meat and dairy. And then there’s Angel (mtf), Clayton’s child who has a rough relationship with her very traditional father and wants desperately to leave Strangerville and move to the big city.

♢ Nix (3) 
Bio: The Nix family seem very unusual to their neighbors. The two women have a shock of silky orange hair and piercing eyes that seem to almost glow, but the imposing man who lives with them has raven black hair and skin that almost seems… grey? None of them come out to the town square much, but they do at least seem to really love the ocean. Rumors that the family were vampires circulated, but they stay in the sun far too long for that theory to hold water.

Bio: Leila, Nalani, and Makoa are three premade Maxis townies that I particularly liked, so they are now sharing a home in Sulani together. Their outfits are color coordinated to their every day outfits, with Leila being green and blue, Nalani being orange yellow and green, and Makoa being light green, blue, and hints of pink.

Bio: Hipsters Hayden and Abby met at a slam poetry reading years ago and have recently moved in together, with younger bro Joshua tagging along as well. Both of the boys are loathe to do their share of housework however, leading to a messy apartment and an increasingly annoyed Abby.

Bio: Gabriel and his wife Gianna are new to Nost, but have quickly grown to love the friendly people and lively neighborhood they live in. Both are quickly picking up the customs and quirks of their new home, and it’s the perfect place to raise their young daughter Gracie.

Left without her two parents who returned to Orion to sort out affairs regarding their species planned move to Nost, young Kayrrna and her infant human daughter Merina are now essentially alone.

Description: The hickory brown bricks and beige clapboard detailing the outside of this family home hints that the residents are a tidy sort. Everything down to the patio garden and pink azaleas are well manicured without being fussy, and there is a sweet yellow and blue spring wreath adorning the front door.

Description: A large family house for a full household of 8 sims, 303 Courtyard Lane distinguishes itself from its peers by having a relatively small backyard. What it lacks in size, however, it makes up in utility: there’s outdoor seating, a crafting area, swing set, several planters, and even a small sandpit for the kids.

Description: Red brick walls and jolly green shutters adorn this adorably petite suburban home, and a cavorting gnome riding a lawn flamingo adds a touch of whimsy to the front yard. Description: 301 Courtyard Ln is easily the smallest home on the street — it’s a modest one story house with a quiet bisque-colored brick facade. It’s the only house on the block that doesn’t have a white picket fence, opting for a more open yard with just enough porch space to fit a row of small garden pots.

Description: An interesting blend of beachy and modern building designs, this unique lot is home to one of the most famous sims in all of Nost. Description: An Asian inspired home with a modern twist, this monochrome exterior is surprisingly luxurious. A group of sisters lives in this home, but one has to wonder why their mother decided to give them all the same name. Nevertheless, both the sims and the home are a great asset to the community, and Newcrest is thankful for them.

​Description: This small studio home has a comforting aura to those who visit it. Perhaps it’s the cheery interior, which has classical decor and a timeless look. It could also be for nostalgic reasons, as this small home was the first in Newcrest. Either way, the small home is quite fitting for the kind couple it houses.

Description: Most who pass this small house in a classic brick style with garden space and ivy-covered walls are charmed by the quirky style of this home. There is a cute backyard space with a small garden, clothesline, and yoga mat, and the colorful interior seems custom-made for some young, boho, eccentric couple.

Lot Traits: Science Lair, Private Dwelling
​Description: The design of this queer building seems straight out of a futuristic architect’s mind. The hovercraft and satellite dish perched on the roof makes passing sims curious, but the entire house is blanketed by thick black curtains that make it so even the most daring sim can’t catch a glimpse of what’s inside.

Description: The Premiere Suite of the famously cushy Landgraab Luxury Apartments would of course be the home of the Landgraabs themselves. With shiny marble floors, on-trend modern blue/brown/white furnishings, and unbeatable views, this loft is the peak of city living. Luxury has a name, and it’s this suite.

Description: You’d never think that an apartment like this could exist in the ultra-modern Landgraab Apartments, but stepping into this flat is like being transported back in time. With striking dark red and black decor that’s both gothic and ornate, this place seems to have an air of quiet somberness about it.

Description: Even sims who live around the Arts Quarter of San Myshuno know little about the elusive resident here. Described by some as a handsome young man with a queer sense of fashion, it’s only known that he spends most of his time in the rather small apartment, and that the windows are always covered.

Description: It’s curious that the most peaceful apartment floor in all of San Myshuno can be found in the midst of the bustling Fashion District.  Cooling shale floor tiles stave off hot summers, and the mix of peaceful pastel decor and floor-height tea table and cushions lend the place an air of comfort and peace.

Description: If Heron’s Perch next door was filled with Japanese sensibilities, then Finch’s Nest is the same with Korean. The space is modern and chic with white walls and furniture, as well as colorful and cheery with yellow and teal accents. Like the other apartment, the floor is a cooling shale. Muji has it’s day in the sun.

✦ History: The Windenburg Cathedral has quietly watched over its surrounding area for many, many years. Father Santillian is the sole live-in caretaker of the church, but the place always seemed oddly blessed by kindly fairies or gnomes besides, with broken objects righting themselves in the night. How very curious.

Of particular interest are tombstones of generations of the Shallot royal family, whose lineage still exists to this day.

♢ Cocoa Bean Business Cafe – 30×20

​Description: This old wood and stone building was erected generations ago in downtown Windenburg, and to this day, it remains a frequently favored cafe by tourists and locals alike. Modern decor, lots of seating, and an inviting smell are all reasons “The Bean” is a fan favorite spot for a morning cup of coffee.
✦ History: Though the second story living quarters are now empty, a single mother and her children lived there before. When the daughters of the family passed away tragically in a fire, it is said that they were buried under one of the cafe’s beech trees. When the family finally moved away, the little tombstones disappeared as well.

The secret ruins, hidden from view by fallen rubble and overgrown foliage, reveal a set of stairs. Take them down and discover a place untouched by time itself.

​Description: It’s a surprise to some tourists that the government center for the huge city of San Myshuno is a relatively small building, but it’s true! The San Myshuno City Hall is the center of Uptown, and the entire outdoor plaza is part of the lot. Stop by to hear a speech or drop into the gift shop on the second floor.

♢ Queer & Quiet Church – 30×20 ​

Description: Though cobwebs, weeds, and cracked windows show the ages that this old church has weathered, it still stands somberly among the stones and woods its nestled in. No one has been married or buried here for several centuries, yet townsfolk still swear there is an oddly “alive” presence about the place.
✦ History: The old church never had a name, or at least, none that the local townsfolk of Forgotten Hollow could remember. Despite having no clergy to speak of, you can sometimes hear the sounds of footsteps on the premises, and even stranger, the church bell tolling in the middle of the night. Members of the old Straud family are said to be buried here, and surviving members of the family are occasionally seen somberly visiting the graves cradled in ferns and cold stone.

Description: If you visit Brindleton Bay, you owe it to yourself to visit the island just offshore of the main landmass. Description: The Cliffside Hermit’s Camp is little more than a tent nestled in the remote wilderness of Granite Falls. Surrounded by soaring pine trees, birdsong and the distant crashing of water is all that can be heard for miles, save for the occasional whistling of an elusive sim that calls this remote place their home. 

​♢ Sixam Fueling Station (Sixam) – 20×20
Lot Traits: Science Lair, Sunny Aspect
Description: The Sixam Fueling Station primarily serves as a re-fueling station for the many inter-galactic travelers. This is the most direct way to travel to Nost via space/rocketship from elsewhere. Travelers can choose to fly their own craft if they have the license to do so, or opt to do so via commercial or private craft.

♢ Fragrant Fuscia Campsite (Sylvan Glades) – (Fishing Hole) – 15×10
Lot Traits: Romantic Aura, Sunny Aspect
Description: The Fragrant Fuscia Campsite is a small part of a larger fairy forest. Time is difficult to keep track of here, as the sun never seems to set. The surrounding forest is home to many different species of amphibian and marine life, and the strange pink color of the sky here signifies that magic is afoot.

♢ Abandoned Mining Campsite (Forgotten Grotto) – 15×10
Lot Traits: Quake Zone, Penny Pixies
Description: A long time ago, this spring was the site of crystal mining. Though the mining shaft is hidden from view through a long maze of tunnels, evidence that sim presence once existed here is still evident. It has become the best kept secret in OS, and the fish caught here are both rare and exceptional in quality.
